It Doesn't Get Any Easier Than This

I am very experienced in securing reservations at Disney Vacation Club resorts. You can view comments from hundreds of previous guests here.
 

A VERY EASY RENTAL PROCESS

Renting points for a stay at any one of the Disney Vacation Club resorts is an easy  4 step process:

Step 1)
Decide when and where you want to stay. If you need help calculating the points necessary for your vacation, I suggest you take a quick look at the points comparisons here. You can also view Point Charts at MouseOwners.com. Once you determine the amount of points required, multiply that by the price per point which is currently $13.00
Step 2)

Complete the telephone request form. We need to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to telephone me so that we can conference call (three way) to Disney Vacation Club's Member Services to check availability, do the what ifs and secure your reservation. Member Services operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST.

The following information will be required by Member Services at time of booking:
1) The complete names of all people staying and, for children under 18, their ages.
2) Your address home telephone number.
3) Whether you would like the Dining Plan or Magical Express (can be added later).

Once the reservation is made and a confirmation number given, you will complete the online payment form and process a NON REFUNDABLE payment for the total point rental. This is done by credit card through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
Step 3)

A completed rental agreement will be e-mailed to you. You are required to agree to the rental agreement and return it via e-mail. A  sample copy is located here.
Step 4)
You'll receive a hard copy of the reservation.  In approximately four to five weeks, I receive a written confirmation from Disney. I create a copy in .pdf format (Adobe Acrobat), and e-mail it to you.
