Use 'em or Loose 'em? NO WAY
It happens to all of us. We end up
with extra points. Banked points from previous years that
can't be used, or reservations that you had to cancel. We've
all been there. Unfortunately, Disney doesn't have a
system in place to help us with our unused points. The
result is a forfeit. And that's expensive. The other
alternatives are to give them away or rent them.
Turn them into cash
If you've considered renting your points
but don't have the extra time it takes to complete a rental,
or if you just don't want to handle the responsibility of
the rental process, consider me as an associate.
As your associate, here's what I do:
- Provide you with an associate's agreement
- Find the guests to rent your points
- Check availabilities for the guest and make
reservations
- Collect payment for the points rented
- Send you top dollar for points rented
- Create the rental agreements
- Follow up after the guest's stay
- Provide solid references
It is important that you know, as your associate, I do
not have any access to your personal or financial
information. I have several references available.
If you
have distressed points (points about to expire within 90
days), I can work to get you top dollar as well. You
won't be required to sacrifice price on distressed
points.
